How to apply Web Tapu?

  • To make an appointment from Web Tapu, first visit the Cadastre website (https://www.tkgm.gov.tr/) and click on the Web Tapu option.
  • Enter your personal information such as name, surname, TC number, and contact information.
  • Select the type of service you want and choose the most suitable date and time for you.

  • By clicking on the ‘For Foreigner’ section in the top right corner of the website, foreigners can access the portal. This portal is designed specifically for foreigners who have acquired immovable property in Türkiye.
  • It provides a user-friendly interface for them to manage their property transactions online, including transferring ownership, updating property information, and making payments.
  • To be able to use the system, foreigners need to create an account first. They can easily create an account by entering their mobile phone number, e-mail address, nationality, passport or foreign identification number registered with a Turkish GSM operator. With this information, they can easily create their account and start using the web deed system for their property transactions in Türkiye.
  • After logging into the system, foreigners can receive service in English, French, Russian, and Arabic languages using the multilingual support located in the top right corner of the website. This feature allows them to easily navigate the system and complete their property transactions in their preferred language.
  • The system will primarily be used for property appraisal requests for sales transactions made by foreign citizens who have recently joined the system. This means that when foreign citizens who have purchased immovable property in Turkey initiate a sales transaction, they can use the system to submit their property appraisal requests.
  • Foreigners can initiate the property appraisal process by selecting the desired transaction from the ‘appraisal transactions’ menu located on the left-hand side of the website. This menu provides a list of available appraisal services, and users can select the service they require to initiate the property appraisal process.
