1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital and its Surroundings 1/1000 scale implementation development plan is a whole with plan sheets, plan explanation report and plan implementation provisions.

1.2. Implementation cannot be carried out before the social facilities and technical infrastructure areas (roads, green areas, parks, education and health facilities, etc.) determined in this plan become public property.

1.3. The entire planning area is a 1st Degree Earthquake Zone. Implementation will be carried out in accordance with the conditions of the Earthquake Regulation by taking the necessary precautions in the Geological-Geotechnical Survey Reports to be made on the parcel scale.
