1.2. Implementation cannot be carried out before the social facilities and technical infrastructure areas (roads, green areas, parks, education and health facilities, etc.) determined in this plan become public property.

1.3. The entire planning area is a 1st Degree Earthquake Zone. Implementation will be carried out in accordance with the conditions of the Earthquake Regulation by taking the necessary precautions in the Geological-Geotechnical Survey Reports to be made on the parcel scale. Ground Geological-Geotechnical Survey Reports will be prepared in accordance with the principles specified in the relevant articles of the Istanbul Zoning Regulation.
