The villa enjoys alarge open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, opening directly onto a private pool and lovely mature gardens. These provide an oasisof trees and bougainvillea with open views towards themagnificent Taurus mountains and Kalkan bay.Therearemany areas to find peace and quiet, from the lovely roof terrace, private balconies or shaded hammock area.The light and airy interior has been tastefully decorated in a contemporary style encompassing both Turkish and English influences.Our Villa is located in the very popular Ortalan area of Kalkan close to the old town. It is an easy 10 minute stroll into the centre of Kalkan and a further 5 minutes to the enchanting marina and beach. A car is not necessary due to the close proximity to all amenities.OUTSIDE THE VILLAOutside, the villa boasts a large terrace with a private poolwithin beautiful mature gardens.There are plenty of areas to sunbathe on with our six sun loungers and 3 large parasols for those who enjoy the shade.
